I am a walking artist, writer, researcher, coach and holistic creative practitioner based in North Wales.

I live, work, connect and express myself in a a multi-sensory world, blending creative writing, visual art, movement, digital media and healing arts. In arts and wellbeing projects and residencies, I co-create with diverse groups and communities. I write poetry, make mixed media artworks, soundscapes, meditations and films. I am currently a PhD student researching therapeutic landscapes and walking arts with Aberystwyth and Exeter Universities (funded by SWW-DTP). View my CV here.

As a holistic practitioner, I teach creative movement and work in wellbeing. I am trained in yoga, movement and reiki, am a qualified lowland walking leader and a trained life coach. I offer 1-1 creative journey mentoring via zoom. Neurodivergence informs my practice, sensory world and how I support others through lived experience.
