I am a qualified yoga teacher, lowland walking leader, yoga massage therapist, coach/mentor and mental health first aider. Having done yoga since my teens, teaching was been a natural progression. I teach a blend of yoga styles including hatha, vinyasa, yin, meditation and restorative yoga. As a walking guide, I can also work with people outdoors to gain confidence walking, discover the outdoors or explore creative movement in nature. My work is inspired by improvisation, dance, spiritual practices and meditation. Using arts, creative movement and wellness practices, I have worked with a wide range of people including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, LBTGQIA+ and long-term health conditions.
