First things first! Watch this video here or on Youtube, where you can also download it. Then check out the audio below, which you can download to your phone or MP3 player. After that you’ll find a more detailed video tutorial on crafting your writing and a full PDF guide with the poems from the audio tracks. Finally, you’ll find a link to my woodland audio journey to use if you’re working from home for some extra inspiration.
Off you go! Watch the video above or listen to the first audio track before you head off to the woods. Maybe have a glance through the PDF at the bottom of this page too. Gather what you need, and allow a minimum of 75 minutes writing time in the forest, using audio tracks part 1-5. You can stop the audio whenever you like and take the workshop at your own pace. Remember to download the tracks to a phone or MP3 player if you might run out of phone signal.
Use part five to craft your writing outdoors, or head back home to work and use the tutorial video below.
